Trim-Tex Announces Leadership Transition to Support Long-Term Growth and 100-Year Vision
Trim-Tex announced a leadership transition completing a multi-year succession plan, positioning the company for long-term, generational growth under a new executive structure.

Trim-Tex announced a series of leadership appointments that complete a multi-year succession plan and reinforce the company’s long-term, generational vision.
“Trim-Tex was built to last,” said Bryan I. Schwartz, Co-CEO of Trim-Tex. “At 57 years old, we are still early in our journey. Our 100-year plan requires leaders who think in decades, not quarters, and this transition reflects that commitment.”
Effective immediately, Bryan I. Schwartz will serve as Co-CEO alongside Joseph Koenig, Jr., who continues in his role. Michael Garcia has been appointed President of Trim-Tex and will oversee day-to-day operations and execution of the company’s long-term strategy.
“This transition represents the successful evolution from a second-generation, entrepreneurial family-led business to a third-generation, professionally managed leadership structure,” Schwartz added. “Scaling the company while intentionally preparing the next generation of leaders has been a central focus of our work.”
As President, Garcia will lead Trim-Tex with the support of a carefully selected next-generation leadership team, reflecting the company’s continued investment in developing high-capability leaders across the organization.
Trim-Tex also announced that industry veteran Michael Kohut has joined the company as Vice President of Sales.
“Michael Kohut brings deep industry expertise and a strong customer-first mindset,” said Garcia. “His leadership strengthens our commercial strategy and complements the energized leadership team we’ve built.”
With a clear generational vision, disciplined succession planning, and a leadership team designed for longevity, Trim-Tex continues to build an enduring company positioned for success well into its next century.
