Wall and Ceiling Alliance (WACA)

NAHB International Builders’ Show 2027

February 2-4
Las Vegas

The NAHB International Builders’ Show returns to Las Vegas, where more than 100,000 residential construction professionals are expected to reconvene as the industry continues to prioritize system integration, labor efficiency and jobsite coordination. For wall and ceiling contractors, the upcoming show is positioned to again highlight a broad range of product categories that directly affect interior assemblies and installation practices. Anticipated exhibitors include manufacturers of gypsum board systems, trims and moldings, cold-formed steel framing, insulation, ICFs and SIPs, along with WRBs, waterproofing and rainscreen systems. These categories continue to converge at key transition points (particularly where exterior assemblies interface with interior finishes) placing greater emphasis on sequencing, compatibility and inspection compliance. As assemblies become more integrated, coordination between trades remains a primary risk factor. Ceiling systems, soffits and drywall scopes are increasingly influenced by upstream decisions in framing, enclosure and mechanical layouts, requiring tighter tolerances and earlier engagement during project planning. The show will again serve as a key venue for evaluating how evolving building systems impact field execution, material selection and overall project risk for wall and ceiling contractors. For more information, visit buildersshow.com.
