ServiceTitan has released early performance data showing its AI-powered Max platform is helping contractors improve key business metrics across the job lifecycle.
According to the company, contractors using Max are outperforming peers in call booking and job close rates while streamlining operations through AI-driven automation. ServiceTitan says customers on the platform have increased call booking rates by more than 500 basis points and improved close rates by more than 1,000 basis points compared to similar businesses not using Max.
The platform is designed to automate workflows from lead generation and scheduling through dispatch, quoting and field execution. AI agents can identify available capacity, adjust demand generation, answer inbound calls, schedule appointments and create customized quotes for technicians, while seamlessly handing off tasks to employees when human interaction is needed.
"Seeing our early Max customers reach new levels of growth is the realization of ServiceTitan's founding vision to transform the lives of hardworking contractors by helping them efficiently grow revenue," said Vahe Kuzoyan, president and co-founder of ServiceTitan. "Max and the Agentic Operating System bring this to life through true end-to-end workflows, where humans and AI agents partner together seamlessly."
Adoption of the platform continues to expand. ServiceTitan reports the number of customer locations using Max more than doubled during its first fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2026, with additional onboarding planned as demand grows.
Among early adopters is Team Rooter, a residential plumbing contractor based in Sun Valley, California. The company reports online booking conversions increased from 61% to 66% after implementing Max. Team Rooter also recorded its highest monthly revenue in nine years during December 2025, along with an 18% year-over-year revenue increase and a 39 percent increase in average ticket value.
"As soon as I saw a Max demo, I knew this was the future," said Eduard Arakelyan, CEO of Team Rooter. "While our techs remain the heart of our field operations, every process leading up to that point is becoming more efficient. Our revenue growth is the proof."
Max is currently available through a limited release program, with ServiceTitan accepting applications from customers interested in early access.
