ICAA 2026 Heads to Dallas With Sold-Out Expo
ICAA 2026 returns to Dallas with sold-out exhibits, education and networking Sept. 16-19.

The Insulation Contractors Association of America is bringing its annual Convention & Trade Show back to Texas, Sept. 16-19, at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel in Dallas, and if early indicators are any measure, the event will be one of the organization's biggest gatherings to date.
Exhibit space for this year's trade show is officially sold out, reflecting continued momentum throughout the insulation industry and strong demand from manufacturers, suppliers and service providers eager to connect with contractors from across North America.
Walls & Ceilings will once again be on hand to cover the event, reporting on the latest products, technologies, educational sessions and industry trends from the show floor.
The annual convention combines technical education, business management strategies and networking opportunities with one of the industry's premier trade shows. Organizers expect record attendance as insulation professionals gather to explore new products, strengthen business relationships and prepare for the challenges facing today's construction market.
This year's educational program addresses many of the industry's most pressing topics, including building science, estimating, artificial intelligence, financial management, labor compliance, safety, workers' compensation and construction contracts.
Among the featured sessions is a special "Cup O' Joe" presentation by renowned building science expert Joe Lstiburek, who will discuss condensation control in hybrid insulation assemblies and explain how contractors can reduce moisture-related failures while meeting evolving building code requirements.
Artificial intelligence also takes center stage during a first-of-its-kind estimating workshop, where attendees will compare their own estimating skills against AI-generated takeoffs in a friendly competition with cash prizes awarded to the top human estimators.
Additional educational sessions include:
- The Science & Marketing of Building Performance
- Radiant Barriers as a Complementary Product Line
- What To Do When You Use 1099 Labor
- Demystifying SPF Safety Compliance
- Understanding Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Measuring Financial Health
- Pitfalls in Construction Contracts
The convention also features the annual Golf Outing at Cowboys Golf Club, a Welcome Reception, the popular "Insulation Feud 2026" competition and extensive networking opportunities throughout the week.
The trade show opens Thursday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, giving attendees access to the latest insulation products, equipment, technologies and services from many of the industry's leading manufacturers and suppliers.
