CEMCO Announces Three Key Leadership Promotions
CEMCO promotes three leaders to strengthen sales, marketing and business development leadership.

CEMCO LLC has announced three leadership promotions designed to support the company's continued growth and strengthen its sales and business development organizations.
Effective January 1, Garret Koleszar will be promoted to vice president of sales after nearly two decades with the company. Koleszar joined CEMCO in 2009 as a sales representative serving Arizona and the San Diego market before advancing to regional sales manager for the Southwest Region in 2014. In that role, he oversaw Arizona, Southern California, Southern Nevada, Southern Utah and Hawaii.
Throughout his tenure, Koleszar has earned recognition as Regional Sales Manager of the Year twice while leading one of CEMCO's strongest-performing territories. The Southwest Region has consistently delivered solid sales volume and financial performance under his leadership, making him a natural choice to guide the company's national sales organization into its next phase.
Stepping into Koleszar's previous position is Bryce Koleszar, who has been promoted to regional sales manager for the Southwest Region.
Bryce Koleszar joined CEMCO in 2015 and has built a reputation for developing strong customer relationships while expanding market share throughout his territory. His performance earned him consecutive Salesman of the Year honors in 2023 and 2024. Company officials say his knowledge of the industry, pricing strategies and internal systems, combined with a customer-focused approach, positions him well to lead the Southwest sales team.
CEMCO also announced the promotion of Steve Farkas to senior director of business development and marketing.
Farkas began his career with the company in 2000 as an outside sales representative serving Orange County, Los Angeles and the Riverside-San Bernardino markets. He transitioned into product management before taking on corporate marketing responsibilities and, in 2018, became director of business development.
Over the years, Farkas has overseen a broad range of initiatives, including marketing and advertising, website management, trade show strategy, evaluation reports, technical services and engineering support. In his expanded role, he will continue leading those responsibilities while taking on oversight of strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities aimed at supporting CEMCO's long-term growth.
The promotions reflect CEMCO's continued investment in experienced leadership while reinforcing its commitment to serving customers throughout the cold-formed steel framing industry.
