HomeAid America has announced that FNTG Builder Services will continue in the non-profit's Corporate Partnership program as a national sponsor.  

During this holiday season here at Purple Heart Homes, we recognize the importance and meaning of 'home' to those currently serving and the Veteran families who have served our country in the past. 

CertainTeed Corp., along with employees from its Kansas City, Kan. insulation plant and professional partners are rolling up their sleeves to assist Homes for Our Troops (HFOT), a national, non-profit organization dedicated to building specially adapted, mortgage-free homes for severely injured Veterans. The latest team effort shows support and appreciation for a local Lee’s Summit, Mo. veteran.

With 14 volunteers and 128 hours, USGBS Minnesota devoted their own energy to partner with Carbon Zero Home, a nonprofit that transforms dysfunctional, energy-wasting homes into smart, efficient solutions to the climate problem. Volunteers from BASF Corp. assisted USGBC Minnesota with waterproofing and sealing a home to make it more energy-efficient.

Simpson Strong-Tie, the industry leader in engineered structural connectors and building solutions, joined forces with Habitat for Humanity to send five company employees to help with a week-long Global Village build in the town of Amarante, Portugal, this past April.
