On June 15, Mercer Mass Timber – a low-carbon advanced manufacturer of timber building materials and subsidiary of Mercer International Inc. – announced the successful acquisition of Structurlam Mass Timber Corporation and its subsidiaries by parent company Mercer International.

J.S. Held has acquired Aquila Forensics, expanding the firm’s construction advisory practice in the EMEA region. Based in London, Aquila provides construction dispute, advisory and investigatory services across a wide range of sectors worldwide.

L&W Supply Corporation has completed the acquisition of Killingly Building Products with locations in Dayville, Connecticut, and Providence, Rhode Island. This acquisition is L&W Supply’s first in Rhode Island.
