IDI Distributors has acquired Spray Foam Distributing.

“This acquisition continues our strong 2017 growth path,” said Joe Novogratz, president of IDI Distributors.

The owner of Spray Foam Distributing, Jack Stagemen, has joined IDI Distributors and will continue to provide first-class customer service as a part of the IDI team. The Spray Foam Distributing headquarters in Glidden, Iowa, will operate as a satellite office of the IDI Distributors Des Moines branch.

“We are excited to share the full IDI portfolio of insulation products, accessories and services to spray foam contractors throughout Iowa and Nebraska who already work with Spray Foam Distributing,” said Chris Novogratz, vice president of IDI Distributors.

In addition to the acquisition of Kevin Distributing at the beginning of this year, IDI Distributors has opened the following branches in 2017:

• Norwalk, Conn.
• Des Moines, Iowa
• Southaven, Miss.
• Spokane, Wash.
• Grand Rapids, Mich.
