It is my pleasure to announce that Ron Rice has joined Gordon, Inc. in the role of Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing. Obviously, Ron is no stranger to anyone and needs no formal introduction, having invested over 30-years of service in our industry in various capacities in Sales, Marketing and General Management roles. The entirety of our Inside and Outside Sales and our Marketing Teams will now report to Ron.

It is also a pleasure for me is to announce that Terry Sowers is named Executive Vice President - Operations and Corporate Services. Words are inadequate to express the appreciation from not only me, but from our entire Gordon family for the tireless and excellent work Terry has provided for the past 3-years in the organization and forward thinking in our Sales and Marketing efforts, while simultaneously providing leadership for our great teams in Operations, Engineering and Product Development, Major Projects and Pre-Construction Services, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics, and Technical Support Services.

Ron's addition to our business provides an incredible opportunity for both he and Terry to synergize their respective talents and unique professional capabilities in a genuine partnership effort in the leadership of Gordon's Six Divisions and the associated Business Units. Without question, our Gordon employee-owners and their families are our most treasured asset, and certainly the combination of Ron and Terry in their leadership of our Senior Staff of highly qualified Professionals will provide added strength and further raise the bar in our industry for exemplary and value-added service and performance.

Both of these great men will report directly to me along with Jonathan Aldrich-CFO, comprising the Executive Committee for Gordon, Inc.

As Ron steps into this challenging and exciting role, we round out a uniquely complete assembly of Gordon Employee-Owners whose mission is to offer exceptional organizational effectiveness, exemplary service, the highest of quality of our products and custom systems, unique talents as designers, an immense resume' of technical capabilities, all of which operate under the roof of our state-of-the-art facility.
