Parksite, Inc. one of the nation’s leading building product distributors has announced the appointment of Robert (Bob) Higgins to Senior Vice President of Sales. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Bob’s considerable expertise will be paramount as Parksite continues its growth and diversification strategy.  Previously serving as Parksite’s Director of National Accounts, Bob advanced to Director of Sales and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Sales for the Parksite Lumber & Building Material (LBM) business unit. In this newly created Senior Vice President role, Bob will lead sales in all business units including Parksite Surfaces, Parksite LBM , Atlantic Plywood Corporation and the Therma-Tru Door Manufacturing facilities. His significant contributions to the organization include the development of key supplier relationships, adding innovative complimentary products to Parksite and developing and implementing sales strategies to align with a restructured and focused sales team. Before joining Parksite, Bob began his building industry career in lumber sales with Weyerhaeuser Company.
