All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP), a leading manufacturer of high-performance insulated metal panels, has announced the promotion of Joe Paparella to Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Since joining AWIP as Director of Commercial Sales in 2023, Paparella has been instrumental in advancing strategic growth initiatives, strengthening key account relationships and elevating commercial sales performance.

Paparella brings a wealth of experience in sales leadership, including territory management, regional management and executive roles in both distribution and direct sales within the residential and commercial roofing and wall systems sectors.

In his new role, Paparella will continue to lead AWIP’s Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on accelerating growth through innovative initiatives such as IMPpro, Inside Sales programs and strategic segment targeting.
