Cordless Drywall Sander

DeWALT

The 20V MAX Drywall Sander (DCE800) is ideal for production work and repairs in hard-to-reach and unpowered areas. A telescoping shaft and fully articulating head allow for easy sanding of walls and ceilings in confined spaces and tough-to-reach areas. The sander is also designed with a head-mounted brushless motor, which maintains constant speed under load while eliminating flex shaft and brush failures. It includes several features to enhance dust extraction. It is fully integrated with Wireless Tool Control, allowing the unit to wirelessly activate and deactivate a compatible dust extractor without a separate fob. Once paired, the trigger automatically activates and deactivates the dust extractor, preserving extractor battery life and eliminating the user’s need to manually control the dust management process. For more information, visit dewalt.com.

High-pressure Compressors

High-pressure Compressors

Jenny Products Inc.

The GT-Series is the company’s smallest line of electric-powered, two-stage air compressors. Featuring high-pressure output, the series is ruggedly built for professional use. The line consists of four models with 8-, 15-, 17- and 30-gallon tanks. All units produce 15.5 CFM at 100 PSI or 15.2 CFM at 175 PSI. They’re driven by commercial-grade, 5-horsepower electric motors, which operate from a 230-volt, single-phase power source. A directional air shroud, finned intercooler and large flywheel keep pump temperatures low and assist in start-up. Furthermore, the compressor’s thermal overload protection helps prevent costly damage to the motor. For maximum portability, the units include dual pneumatic wheels, a convenient lift handle and a 6-foot power cord. For more information, visit jennyproductsinc.com.

Cordless Brad Nailer

Cordless Brad Nailer

Milwaukee Tool

The compact, lightweight design of the M12 FUEL 18 Gauge Compact Brad Nailer provides users with the most access, lightest weight design and the ability to power-sink nails into hardwoods. The tool leverages a nitrogen air-spring mechanism that allows users to sink 5/8- to 1½-brad nails to the proper depth in both hard and soft materials while leaving clean, consistent nail holes. For additional runtime, the nailer is fully compatible with all Milwaukee M12 REDLITHIUM Batteries. For more information, visit milwaukeetool.com.

Brushless Oscillating Multi-tool

Brushless Oscillating Multi-tool

RIDGID

The 18V Brushless Oscillating Multi-Tool delivers up to 75 percent faster cutting and 70 percent reduced vibration compared to the model it replaces (R86240). Confidently cut through hardwoods and nail-embedded wood with brushless motor technology, delivering maximum performance and longer runtime. The three-speed selector and variable-speed trigger create enhanced control, allowing precise cutting through any material with speeds ranging from 0 to 20,000 OPM. The 4-degree oscillation angle maximizes cutting efficiency and precision, allowing you to tackle any job faster and with greater accuracy. Seamlessly swap accessories with the tool-free accessory change so you can move from one task to the next with ease. Perform detailed work and maneuver in confined areas, as this tool is designed with a 10 percent more compact head. For more information, visit ridgid.com.

Steel Framing Screws

Steel Framing Screws

Grabber Construction Products

On the job site, not all speed is created equal. The company’s steel framing screws pair quickness and quality so the user can get more done in the time one has on the job site. With a super-sharp Vector Point that starts and drives up to 40 percent faster, and under-head serrations designed to lock in light-gauge framing applications, the company’s twin-lead screws are precision-designed to boost your efficiency, job after job. And because of Grabber’s advanced production capabilities and rigorous quality assurance, the worker can rest assured that they’re maximizing productivity and profitability. Hex Impact Driver

Hex Impact Driver

Bosch Tools

The company’s 18V 1/4 In. Hex Impact Driver (GDR18V-1950C) features a powerful, brushless motor that delivers 1,950 in./lbs. of torque with long runtime. It has three speed-torque settings for greater control over power output (800 / 2,300 / 3,400 rpm). Its ergonomic design promotes comfort and reduces fatigue on the job. The tool is part of the company’s greater tool range of new products that build on the brand’s existing lineup of cordless 18V tools, while also expanding into new territory by filling the tool bags of a variety of trade industries, including carpentry, electrical and, for the first time, plumbing, with new hand tools brought into its lineup. For more information, visit boschtools.com.

Fastener Kit

Fastener Kit

CONFAST Fastening Systems

The fastener kit is ideal for many light-duty uses—installing lights in drywall, plaster, brick wall, concrete wall or wood. Easy to install, the product uses a bit to drill holes, insert the anchor and place the item against the wall over the anchor, then drive the screw through the hole into the anchor. Designed to prevent problems during installation, the ribs prevent the anchor from spinning in the hole while tightening the screw. The bantam plastic anchor is intended for light-duty, non-critical applications. It can be used with a variety of foundation materials, including concrete, block and brick. Although it is possible to use in wallboard, the holding values may vary and be unpredictable, depending on the application. These anchors should not be used in overhead applications or in situations where holding values are crucial. For more information, visit confast.com.

Modular Auto-feed Screw System

Modular Auto-feed Screw System

SENCO

The DS534-AC is an all-in-one kit that includes a collated screw attachment, as well as a 4,000-RPM driver that makes short work of drywall installation. The drywall driver can be used by itself to drive bulk screws. For higher volume and productivity, the auto-feed system can be attached directly to the front of the driver, allowing users to feed 1- to 3-inch belt-collated screws automatically. Finally, a 3-foot extension pole allows users to access hard-to-reach areas with less strain. Attachments are available for select tools. All kits include a collated attachment, extension pole, power grip handle, three drive bits and all necessary adaptors. For more information, visit senco.com.

Economy-sized Fastener Boxes

Economy-sized Fastener Boxes

Wind-Lock Corp.

The economy-sized EPS/XPS fastener and plate boxes Wind-Devil 2, ULP302/ULP-402 Plates and select assembled fasteners are now available in a 250-count box. The decision was made to offer these smaller-quantity packs after receiving feedback from contractors and distributors. Now, contractors can streamline that cost into one specific project, which its distributor network projects will certainly help. Look for the economy-sized fasteners and plates at the local building materials yard or online at wind-lock.com.

It is fully cured in 24 hours. The product sticks to wood, metal, masonry, cement board, exterior gypsum EPS, XPS and many other products. It is available through distributors nationwide. Fastening Accessory

Fastening Accessory

Simpson Strong-Tie

The company is expanding its Quik Drive lineup of tools and fasteners with the addition of the Project Pro screw driving tool, which is affordable and easy to install on nearly any cordless drill or driver. Though a lower-cost option, the Project Pro uses some of the same designs, patents and manufacturing channels as Quik Drive pro-grade solutions. The auto-feed technology drives screws repeatedly—just squeeze the trigger and apply pressure to drive—with no worry about fumbling or dropping screws. Light in weight, it installs on almost any driver motor the user may own without an adapter. Simply insert it into the drill/driver chuck, adjust and tighten the support arm, and tighten the battery strap. Once the unit is attached, the user can insert the collated fastener strip.
