ICAA 2025: Education, Networking and Growth for Insulation Pros
Education, innovation, and connection came together at the 2025 ICAA Convention. See what made this year’s gathering a standout for insulation contractors nationwide.

The 2025 ICAA Convention & Trade Show, held October 8-11 in Orlando, Fla., marked another successful chapter for the Insulation Contractors Association of America’s premier annual event. This year’s gathering drew 820 attendees and featured 70 exhibitors spanning 123 exhibit booths, showcasing the latest innovations, tools and services shaping the insulation industry.
As always, ICAA built its educational program around timely industry topics and attendee feedback. The 2025 program featured a more interactive format than ever before, offering sessions that ranged from business operations to building science. Contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers alike praised the event’s balance of professional development and community-building opportunities.
The trade show floor served as the vibrant centerpiece of the convention, where attendees met face-to-face with leading product and service suppliers. The breadth of exhibitors—both primary supplier vendors and ancillary business support providers—made this year’s showcase one of ICAA’s most expansive to date.
Reflecting on the event, the ICAA's Michael Kwart shared:
“The breadth of primary supplier vendors and ancillary vendors providing business support to insulation contractors at the 2025 ICAA Trade Show was our most expansive, permitting contractors an opportunity to meet face-to-face with product and service suppliers to best support their businesses. This annual ICAA event provides vast networking opportunities that continue to grow from one year to the next, creating a strong sense of community within ICAA. The friendships that develop here endure from year to year, and our attendees report their delight in making new friends each year. The ICAA educational sessions help contractors to better understand the risks their businesses could be exposed to, and help them learn how to manage those risks capably and with confidence.”
Attendees also enjoyed a lively reception highlighted by a performance from Pia Salvia, the acclaimed harp and vocal duo whose renditions of the great classics set a warm and memorable tone for the evening.
While ICAA does not currently have a dedicated website for arts support, organizers encouraged attendees to get involved with their local arts communities—whether by attending performances, volunteering, or supporting local creative organizations.
As the 2025 event concluded, ICAA reaffirmed its commitment to supporting insulation contractors amid an ever-evolving business landscape. “ICAA is honored to serve the needs of its members, especially as business conditions change and evolve,” the association shared in closing remarks.
The energy and enthusiasm in Orlando underscored ICAA’s growing community and the continued vitality of the insulation industry. Next year, the ICAA Convention & Trade Show will move to Dallas, taking place September 17-20, 2026.
