Ware Malcomb announced Oct. 19 that construction is complete on The Perry, a new multifamily development located at the intersection of Jimmy Carter and Peachtree Industrial boulevards in Norcross, Georgia. Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for the amenity spaces in the 160-unit community.
Ware Malcomb announced Aug. 15 that Lilia Ortiz de Montellano Valdez has joined the firm as regional manager in its Monterrey, Mexico, office. In this role, she will work closely with the firm’s regional leaders to lead the growth and diversification of the office.

Ware Malcomb announced March 23 that construction is complete on Indigo Rideau Centre, a new flagship retail location for the Canadian-based retailer in Ottawa, Ontario. Ware Malcomb provided architect of record and engineering services for the two-story, 18,000-square-foot project.
