International Organization for Standardization re-certification audit and
continues to maintain the ISO Standard ISO 9001:2008 With Design.
The American Iron and Steel Institute announced
that its Seismic Code Team will partner with the Johns
Hopkins University
and the University
of North Texas on two
research projects that will advance the seismic design of cold-formed steel for
light-frame construction.

Contractors Association-recently formed and will operate under the name Wall
And Ceiling Alliance.

the Webinar will discuss how energy codes are changing the way exterior walls
are built regardless of the cladding system.
The Steel Stud Manufacturers Association passed
a comprehensive code compliance certification and quality assurance program for
non-structural products at its recent Membership Meeting.
Trim-Tex held its first Design & Training
Center on October 6-7, in Lincolnwood, Ill. The class was taught by Noe Perez,
