Residence Two at California Pacific Homes’ Lantana Attracts Buyers

CaliPacific
August 23, 2017

California Pacific Homes’ Lantana in Cypress Village continues to attract a diversity of homebuyers with modern townhome designs and a dynamic setting that brings the best of Irvine close to home. Newly married couple, David and Monalyn Salvador, are two such homebuyers who “fell in love with the functional, yet beautiful designs” at Lantana. “This is the first home we’ve purchased together and wanted it to fit our lifesntyle,” the couple said. They chose Lantana’s spacious, three-story Residence 2.

“Family and friends are constantly visiting for long weekends and our floorplan’s private first-floor bedroom with en-suite bath is a great guest feature.” The second floor’s open layout is another design element they adore, citing how it makes “entertaining simple” and is the perfect area to enjoy “comfortable evenings relaxing after work.” The flowing space includes living and dining areas, plus a gourmet kitchen with a large center island, Bosch® stainless steel appliances, Pental Quartz countertops and handpicked upgrades. “David loves to cook,” says Monalyn. “So, we opted for the upgraded hood.” They also chose upgraded backsplashes and cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms, and upgraded flooring throughout their home. Just off the kitchen is a shaded patio — an inviting outdoor space that rounds out the second-floor design.  The top level houses the spacious master bedroom with private deck, as well as a large secondary bedroom that will be an asset to the couple, especially with “the possibility of children” in their future.

The prime Cypress Village setting reinforced their decision to purchase at Lantana, where nearby freeways, top-rated Irvine schools and easy work commutes brought convenience and comfort to their daily lives. They also value the extraordinary amenities both within Cypress Village and around the area, including community parks, pools, a hot tub and “grills for family barbecues,” as well as beautiful trails and a location that allows the couple to “walk across the street to the farmer’s market” and enjoy the numerous perks of Irvine living.

In regards to the home buying process, David and Monalyn were delighted by their experience with California Pacific Homes. “We had a great rapport with our sales agents, Nicole and Angie — they are the best!” The couple found the team to be genuine, knowledgeable and extremely helpful as they guided them through every step. Lantana’s five spacious townhome designs feature two to four bedrooms, two to three baths and two-car attached garages in approximately 1,231 to 1,590 square feet of living space. Design highlights include a loft option, a first-floor bedroom with private en-suite bath, plus a private deck or courtyard. Prices start from the high $500,000s.

Cypress Village, one of the Villages of Irvine created by the Irvine Company, offers residents everything families want and need to thrive now and in the years to come. Offering the next generation in new home designs, Cypress Village provides residents with resort-style recreation, acres of parks and is conveniently located just moments away from the region’s premier shopping, dining and entertainment. Students attend schools within the award-winning Irvine Unified School District.

Irvine Company Community Development, the nation’s premier master planner, created the Villages of Irvine, which was ranked by a John Burns Real Estate Consulting report as the top-selling master-planned community in the U.S. in 2016. The Villages of Irvine delivers timeless architecture set among the best park system in Southern California, the best public schools in the state, and the safest city in America — for 12 straight years, according to FBI statistics. This highly acclaimed community is also renowned for its more than 57,000 acres of preserved open space; world-class shopping, dining and entertainment; and modern business centers — all of which work together to create an unparalleled quality of life. Thanks in large part to the Villages of Irvine, Money magazine routinely ranks the city of Irvine as one of the state’s “Best Places to Live.” For more information, please visit VillagesofIrvine.com.
