The 1.1 million square-foot headquarters is enveloped in terracotta, white metal, and glass to not only reduce solar intake, but to reduce the energy costs of the building as well. The glass exterior allows for an influx of natural light to penetrate the interior, while trees and other foliage create a natural environment in the structure’s centralized courtyard. 

The Western Specialty Contractors Facades Division, based in Ridgefield, NJ, has helped to transform the discreet entrance to one of Manhattan, New York's most luxurious condominium high rise buildings into a functional work of art.

With 14 volunteers and 128 hours, USGBS Minnesota devoted their own energy to partner with Carbon Zero Home, a nonprofit that transforms dysfunctional, energy-wasting homes into smart, efficient solutions to the climate problem. Volunteers from BASF Corp. assisted USGBC Minnesota with waterproofing and sealing a home to make it more energy-efficient.

Newly constructed in South Russell, Ohio, a care center and assisted living facility for people living with Alzeheimer's Disease. The community includes one or two bedroom spacious suites for each guest, safety equipped baths, a ballroom and movie theater, a large fitness center, beauty clinic, a fully stocked library,and many other amenities to keep the residents entertained on a daily basis.
