We interviewed McIsaac at the Hilti HQ in Schaan, Liechtenstein in between demoing the tools on our last day of the Innovation Experience.

A few months ago I received a phone call that some would call a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. 

Robert A. Aird graduated from the University of Maryland with dual majors in English and sociology in 1971. 

It was 1971 and Chris Clayville was tired of being an employee at the Atomic Energy Commission and living in Pocatello, Idaho. He had grown up in Burley, which was about 70 miles from where he and his wife Linda were living with their young daughters. 

In his free time, you can catch him making what he guarantees to be best sock-it-to-me cake you’ve ever had, taking photographs or working on his farm. In his typical day-to-day work life, you’ll catch him personally involved with his customers while providing expert craftsmanship at Young & Sons Drywall L.P.
